Wendy's

Pull up to drive thru guy comes.over speaker and was pleasant and with a warm greeting. I place my order: #1Double no mayo no onions with a coke. All is good and right in the world. Till I try the "coke" for the first time as I am already now almost to work. It taste like it WANTS to be coke but it most certainly isn't. It taste as if someone has mixed in some sort of perfume in it to try and save some money or something. Complete trash...SHAME ON YOU WENDY'S ON COLOMBIA PIKE..SHAME.

I only go to this wendys most of the time because I live across the street. But these people are so incompetent I usually go in the morning or right when they start serving lunch I've been 1 time in the evening and the food was good. But day shift staff need to get it together. My food is always wrong and then when I go back its still wrong (this happened 3 times) Fries are NEVER fresh (All the time). Alot of staff have a hard time understanding English. 2 times already I have to ask for someone fluent in English. Today I went for a jr. Fry, a lemonade and a small cup of hot water they didn't give me the cup of hot water so I told the guy at the window "I asked for hot water" so he gave me ice cold water 🙄. I said "sir, I said hot water" he said "this one is free" I said so "hot water isn't free"? Then he had to step away I guess ask someone when he came back he gave me a small cup of cold water in a coffee cup. So I'm pretty sure after today I won't be back ill drive to another wendys.

Wendy’s, what is it? It’s the first time any restaurant does such a thing to me. I ordered a Baconator through Grubhub, and this is what arrived - cold mess in plastic box without buns. I paid money to get a burger, proper burger, guys. I cannot eat it, of course - God knows what you did to it before putting it into my order.
