I never had a bad experience at Taco Bell, this location has the cash register closed and make people order at the self serve kyosk. Taking an order would take 2 minutes, now it takes 10 because they don't want to take orders. Then once I finish the order the kyosk says, please see cashier. People just have to wait, and wait. 15 minutes after order is still no food, so I leave. There's a chik fil a near by

The drive through times are always horrendously long, I've had to off-road out of the drive through at least 4 times after not moving in the line for 15 minutes ( I timed it) The employees will just lie to you and say they're restarting the system or some other lie in able to pass their drive through time metrics.
The employees here need to be sent to a reeducation camp.

Very sad to see that they will no longer have basics here like someone to take your order at the counter. It is so annoying and takes way longer to use that screen thats there. And you have to give cash to the cashier anways !! And they never clean the screens so they are filthy. This is such an awful idea. Customer service is really important. Bring back cashiers, pay them better, offer better. Taco bell will fail if they cannot keep up with the times.

I am disgusted and highly upset at how I was treated at this location. The staff is unprofessional and very rude. I was there almost 30mins before they closed and they were refusing to serve me food. Never going here again. This place needs more professional staff.

The food was fresh and really good this time by. The staff was very professional and when i asked for extra fire and mild sauces I actually received extra of both. I always have had good service at this location.🇨🇱
