Yesterday I stopped by this location while at the mall. It was my first time here, and I wanted to try them out. I bought a Pina colada smoothie (highly recommended) & a cup of salted pretzel bites with cheese sauce. I must say they both were delicious. I went in with basic expectations, but they exceeded that by quite a bit. I will be returning.

Dirty girl kept scratching her hair and messing with her dirty scalp while making orders. Disgusting. Probably had lice or dandruff. Then had the audacity to put my order last because I said something. Cinnamon bites were good tho.

The employees looked like they hated their jobs. The cashiers had AirPods in and I asked them for unsalted bites but I got regular ones, no big deal but the regular ones were real greasey and salty. Not good.

Customer service sucks!
Was really craving a pretzel while shopping in the mall. Walked up to order and the guy had a headphone in, talking to someone through the microphone. Didn't say hi or acknowledge us. Kinda sucks when you're less than a foot away from someone and they don't even say hi.

Worst customer service by worker Saul. Super rude sneezed on his hand then made drink. Charged me seperately instead of making my purchase a combo. Never going there again
