My experience is that these workers are careless. The two bowls of chili you see below were given to us this way at the drive through on July 20, 2021 at about 1030 pm. Haven't eaten any of the chili; we didn't notice until we got home that these weren't even full. They were also room temperature. They also periodically give the wrong beverage. If you go to their drive-thru, check your order thoroughly before leaving. Hold up the line if you have to. It will be on them then to fix their sloppy work if people complain also how slow they are because everyone has to check their orders for accuracy.

I wouldn’t add photos but situation in a men’s restroom was absolute catastrophe. And nobody cared though the location was empty, there were few customers. The soap was with a strong smell of rubber which distracted from food. They forgot to put tomato in my big bacon classic. They took simple 3 piece order for like 15 minutes, two associate, they switched at some point. Find better wendy’s

Cashier was very rude, when asked about the bigge deal she just looked at us like we didn't know what we were asking. Then when one of the works hand us a bag and we went to take it she was yelling that's not yours even though it was handed to us. Place was a mess almost fell in the bedroom they just mopped it, seem like way to much soap used. Complain but, never heard from anyone.

I order a large cheese fries and they gave me a baked potato. I try to call the restaurant and no one picks up. This restaurant has poor service and needs to replace everyone in that restaurant. This ain't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Save your money and time! This Wendy’s need to go out of business. I’ve had way too many experiences at this location. I order the same thing every time nuggets meal with fries and it never fails food either cold or old. The workers are very rude and nasty. They need to do better on customer service and food quality if not them people need to go!!!!! The food went right in the trash never again!! Also corporate is no better they had me on hold for 3 hours to make an compliant. Never again! Again save your money and gas.
