It's pass 6a going on 7a and the lobby not yet open, called and was told because the morning manager not in yet that's why it's not open. What a poor excuse. So who unlocked the doors this morning for everyone else. Someone has to act or is in place as an active manager if the main 1 not available. So I will take my business elsewhere to make sure I est before I head to work

Most of the time it's not bad but they do mess up on my order and the line is always long. Once I went for two happy meals and a #10 they totally left the chicken nuggets out of my kids meal. Smh the line was way too long and it was too late to go back up there.

Every Morning 5:00am time they take forever to answer people in the drive through or like today don’t answer you at all. I drove to the window and all the young kids working there were talking and goofing around and a young man acknowledged that I was there and continued talking to his coworkers like I wasn’t even there. I don’t know who is running this place but they are doing a poor job, I ended up going else where.

The drive lady y’all have working in the morning on Sunday needs some training. I had to repeat my simple order twice and when I got to the window to pay she was complaining about customers the whole time and talking smack when she wasn’t on the intercom. My daughter asked why she was so mad! The food was good but the customer service was realllllllly bad.

The service was slow, but the young lady behind the counter was very polite and acknowledged the long wait and apologized. After receiving my food, she agained apologized. Keep up the great work...I can't find my receipt, I wish I could acknowledge the young lady by her name.

Never go to that place. Slowest drive thru I’ve seen in my whole life. Employees are like turtles- they can never work fast. They make you wait 5min for each drive thru car after reaching the second window.

Considering it's either then or Whataburger after 10pm I think is was very good. I mean it's McDonald's fast food! I will say customer service had a nice and friendly guy.

Only get friendly service every once in a while, when I asked for sweet tea they gave me what tasted like sweet tea mixed with old coffee so Always check your drinks and make sure they give you the right food before leaving. They always forget something from my order
