Panda Express

Very disappointed in how staff made me feel as a customer. Ordered dinner ($30) through the drive through. The first girl was very nice and asked me to pull around front and park and they would bring it to me. Did that and I thought the bag looked shy of what was ordered and so I checked it before I left. Well, there were things left out so we went in the storefront bag in hand and requested my items. At first she started to bag it up but when I told her there was another item missing she stopped and said she needed my receipt as if I wanted to come back in the store lady. Went back to my car to get my receipt of the food that was just brought to me and decided her attitude was worthy of me getting my money back which at first she said she would only be able to give me gift cards until I asked her to call her general manager and she still said it could take over a week. This seems so trivial and I normally don’t write reviews but the service today was disappointing.

Extremely dissatisfied tonight with Panda Express tonight. We were picking up dinner on our way home after over 8 hours on the road. I was wanting to get 3 orders of Teriyaki chicken to go, but was informed at the drive-thru that the person in front of me took all that they had and that it would be 52 minutes before they had any more. I understand how they can run out as we often have to wait while they make more.....but, normally, I'm told it will be 10-15 minutes. I asked the attendant for clarification and he repeated, "Yes sir, 52 minutes, that's 5-2 minutes." Unfortunately, my girls have dairy allergies and that is the only other entry they like. So we went on down the road.
