Edit for 10/31/2021 Oil is not gravy. Unless you want to have oil on your spicy famous bowl, don't order it here. Gross. Check out the photo below. Updating my review. Just went thru the drive-thru. I waited 45 minutes. Okay. They were busy, I guess. I asked for a drumstick. Got two wings. The other piece was so dry, it was inedible.

The food was really good. I was disturbed that most of the tables were not clean. No other customers in the restaurant, so they should have had time to make sure the tables were clean. People visiting and music was loud. On the website, it says they disinfect between each customer. Don't advertise that if you are not going to inforce it.

Food was fine. Dine in was open, Thank You!! It did take a little bit of time to order, but not bad at all. The new girl was eager to work and serve customers. But the organization was a disaster. Which I’m sure is why there are so many complaints. Perhaps it never got reorganized after a staffing shortfall during COVID. Not sure about the reason, but managers should lead and it would be much better. My only real complaint from a customer standpoint is the Dr. Pepper was out or not working. I told them and they said they would get right on it. I waited and waited while I watched employees running around with their heads chopped off. So I gave up and grabbed some Mountain Dew. Sat down and ate my meal. Tried the Dr. Pepper again and is still didn’t work. Almost done with my meal, the new girl asked me if everything was still good. I told her yes except the Dr. Pepper was never looked at. She tried to get her manager/trainee’s attention, but she was too busy with some personal transaction involving a car key to attend to anything work related.

I always go inside for my takeout order. I think it's easier & much quicker. That way my cashier takes my order correctly. It seems like if the staff makes a mistake & forgets anything they will correct it in a friendly manner. If you're at the window they just move you on through they don't give you time to check your order. The food is fresh & hot. This store is has Always been a cleanly place. I sometimes get the $5 box or bowl which is always a bargain. This place has one of my comfort foods which is the mashed potatoes & gravy. I've loved it ever since I was a kid. I enjoy the fact their recipes has stayed the same through out the years. It is a fast food chain store but I do think the quality of food is still good for the price you pay. So therefore I definitely will be returning again I also highly recommend this location. It has a very nice staff. Like I said earlier it's always clean inside table area. I've never ever found the bathrooms in bad shape. They've always been extremely clean.
