Braum's

Braum's is one of my favorite places to get burgers and of course ice cream! I gave a 3 star 💫 for my experience Sunday was not as great as usual; I dined in and my grandmother and I sat for over 20 minutes and then noticed that when an order had and was given to another customer that it was our order! We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive our order, as well had to wait for our drinks, (we ordered malts), But I will say the employee did apologize to us about giving our order away to someone else and the food was still tasty! I didn't like my experience Sunday but I will return there again!

The store portion was clean and organized, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one. The restaurant portion was extremely dirty 😔. There were paper towels and cups on the floor behind the counter and in the cooking area. The ice cream section was a disaster with spills covering the counters especially near the shake machines. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, the lettuce was brown and dry like it had been cut days ago. So disappointing. We are from south of Houston and look forward to Braum's when we come camping here if this had been our first experience we would not return.

We love Braums. Unfortunate, there isn't any in Minnesota. Only when we drive back to Minnesota from Texas can we enjoy the food and ice cream products 😋 Ya just can't beat the jalapeños burgers, my personal favorite. Downside. We were not given our whole order. We had to ask for it. We then stopped later for an ice cream treat.
