This place is so cool! Tosha Yoga is my favorite yoga studio ever! Built in a Historic creamery building and lovingly tended to with style, the studio is highly unique. The natural lighting coming through the enourmous vintage windows is awesome. Best yoga studio on the North Coast!

Tosha has a wonderful group of teachers that have a thorough understanding of human anatomy. They will make you feel welcome and comfortable regardless of experience/level. The studio is a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere in the historic creamery building. I also love the weekly tea blend Suzanne makes post practice :)
