Best subway restaurant I been today very charming hardworking lady that was there, spoke spanish to my dad so he could understand better.

Had the worst experience with Sonia, unresentful completely and I will never step into the store again. She should not work as a customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. She messed up our order and she told me in front of customers that I am lying.

I walked into this Subway location and the staff made me feel unwelcomed. The staff did not even say hello or smile? The sandwich was prepared poorly and tasted average. Not even a thank you after paying. I guess the good old days of customer service are gone.

Sunday night 4:30 p.m I enter store .worker insults and rude languages. He didn't like my church because his church is better than my .he told me I was too old and refused to take my order

The employees served a man who refused to pull his mask up. I was with my unvacinated 4 year old unvacinated grandson. We were wearing masks, but I was disturbed that the employees did not enforce the mask rule. I will never go back there.

Just got the family some food and the staff was so Awesome because I had an large order and she was so patient.. I just wanted to say Thank you and I appreciate your patience... Sandwiches were gone.. But, I still had a cookie..

Nice and cozy small place. Never seen subway in such a small complex along side with $ shop. Service and food are great. My little one enjoyed a free cookie.
When I visited last time, it was crowded. I think their space is too narrow. They need to have more employees at the peak time. Wait time was longer than I expected.
Overall, it is pretty good :-)

I would give no stars to this place if I could. Not going into details but I made a survey about an employee named Nancy. She was rude to me just because I decided not to have my subway warm or toasted. I'm the customer, I'm purchasing NOT YOU! More dissatisfied after I did the survey, I get an email for a free cookie. Really??? Keep ur cookies Subway! She needs to go back and get retrained for customer service. Jessica and Jessie (two other employees) finished my order. And this two made that extra mile to attend me as good employees as this two girls are. Not coming back though.
