This is a nice Cinnabon the staff is friendly and the rolls are always fresh. It's a fantastic spot to grab a snack while shopping at the Westfield Arcadia mall.

Very rarely would I stop going somewhere because of the customer service. This is one of those times.
Went here to buy something for my family and after I completed my order I asked if I can have more frosting. They told me that it will be an additional charge so I said I wasn't interested. The manager turned around and gave me a death stare as if I had just stolen from him. The stare went on until I left. There was no thank you or have a nice day. If it was just me I could have gotten over it but he made my entire family feel uncomfortable. Congratulations sir, you lost a customer.

The buns here are delicious! I would have given a 5 star star but the worker cenada was the worst. Not the first time I come and get this kind of service from her.
