Parking lot was very congested along with people trying to get in and out of the drive-thru ,no ice for the drinks available. Very good food but try to avoid at noon

Not bad, not great. They were out of several of the more popular items such as the orange chicken and most the spicy items, as well as soy sauce of all things. I needed to wait nearly 20 minutes for mixed veggies. Half the customers coming in walked out after finding out about all their missing items (still 20 minutes for the veggies)
The food that we were able to get was quite tasty, as expected. Just saddened by the lack of basics and slow service. Probably didn't help that while my table was waiting for our items to be prepared multiple employees went into their meal breaks.
So the food we did get was good, the food they were out of was what was actually wanted (and freakin' soy sauce) and it took a very prolonged amount of time to get served while employees went on breaks in the dining room next to us, hungrily waiting.

building ready needs work on the outside ... open electrical on a post that hasn't been fixed correctly. If they can't keep the basic things repaired... then how do you expect that the can keep a kitchen clean. Definitely not coming back, drive though screen has things taped on it and they have an ad to get new workers. Definitely the worst management if they think a run down outside and asking everyone if they would like a job with an ad at drive through will bring back customers. been coming here from when it opened and it's gotten worse over time.

Man I wish the food was as bad as the service so I could convince myself to stop coming here but, no, every few weeks I try again. I tell myself, “no way they can mess up as bad as last time, right?” And every time they are like, “hold my beer.” I am in no way a Karen, and it takes a lot for me to waste my time writing a review. This is all the things that went wrong with the most recent visit(many of which are recurring issues and have happened the last 2+ times).
-ordered online, they never “got my ticket” so order isn’t ready
-there’s an additional wait because they ran out of one of the items I ordered
-they proceed to box the rest of my food (so it sits in to go containers for 10+minutes while we wait for the item they ran out of)
-4 employees boxing up food into to go containers and only 1 wearing gloves(I’m not a germaphobe by any means, but that is gross)
-not a single employee apologizes for the wait, manager walked over and did nothing to rectify the issue(I would’ve declined anyway. I don’t want free food or any sort of refund) but the gesture could’ve won some points back
-ended up leaving with my to go order over a half hour later than what the initial email for my order said
I get some of these might not be entirely preventable. First might be a technical issue. Second, they cannot predict to 100% accuracy how much of something might be ordered. But for all of these things to happen in one visit is nuts. And no apology or gloves is inexcusable. Basic hygiene and customer service. Hopefully this is enough to convince myself to go elsewhere.

Chicken was good but chow mein was 95% veggies and 5% noodles which really sucked

Food was fairly pedestrian. I had Bejing Beef w/ fried rice. Slices of beef were pretty tough but did have some spicy veggies. Staff on that day were more interested in getting me thru the line than answering my questions (first time visit). Also had to bus my own table.

Honestly on some heavy BS lately. One day they have forks, next day they don’t, then they’re out of this, then that, then they say “chopsticks in bag” and I drive 20 mins back to work and nothings in there, guess I’ll just eat with my hands. One day door dash is on, next day it’s not, one day doors are open, next day they’re locked. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue but if it is it would make sense because most of the managers are extremely disrespectful and rude and belittle the cooks by speaking poor Spanish to them when they don’t do what they bark at them to do the instant they ask. Went through the drive through last night an hour and a half before close and they had 3 of the most unpopular entrees available and said they weren’t gonna make any more. Get it together. Make the drive to Kimberly don’t waste your time here.

Literally the worst managed Panda Express you can think of. Never have anything you want. Have gone several times over the last 6 months and they don’t have orange chicken or white rice or they do but you have to wait 30-45 minutes if you want any. Seems like they only start making more of something once they run out of it. Went their last night for dinner and they were out of white rice and asked if we wanted to wait 45 minutes for fresh rice. Went there again today for lunch (hopefully redeem from last night) and now they’re out of orange chicken. Poor management
