Ordered online for delivery. One was a smaller size than ordered, no utensils, a peep was thrown into the bag and the larger ice cream was crushed with a bunch of lids. The smaller one was leaking and crammed full. Never ordering again. Go to Dairy Queen if you’re reading this. Trust me.

Very friendly staff and very tasty ice cream! Highly recommend! It is the perfect way to cool down on hot summer days. I would recommend the cheesecake fantasy, add caramel, pecans and cookie dough... you can thank me later!

Finally went after years of hearing hype and was disappointed. Ice cream was okay, but it doesn't seem to justify the price for me. The "mix-ins" are customizable to suit your liking. The "cold stone" seems rather gimmicky and does nothing special besides being a place to set your Ice cream on. I got the "mint mint chocolate chip" and thought to get a pint because I enjoy mint ice cream a lot. I ended up throwing most away after relising that it wasn't for me.

I ordered a few pints online for pickup. I went to pick it up a little while later and when I got home the ice cream was pretty badly melted. My car was not heated that much, as I literally live 6 mins away...6 mins! I also put the ice cream in the trunk, where it's even colder. In the dead of winter this is unacceptable. I suspect that they had it sitting out on the counter after scooping the pints and not in the freezer waiting like it should have been. It's a shame because their ice cream is really delicious but I won't be coming here again.

Went in and talked to some lady about my order and I thought she went to make it, never saw the lady again. Waited 15 minutes and she never came back so we left. Terrible experience.

Very disappointed. They somehow mixed strawberry and chocolate together? I have already left a bad review and don’t plan on spending another dime at this location. Don’t waste your money
