Slow experience. This isn't just at this one Starbucks it's at all of them. There needs to be a separate line for mobile orders versus those who order in drive-thru. People who order via the mobile app do so so that they can quickly get their coffee and be on their way. With that being said their customer service is always great. Unfortunately great customer service doesn't make up for the lost time though.

Stopped and got an order for a company. The order was correct and on time. The woman in the drive through was very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend stopping in for a quick coffee or a bite to eat.

Drinks are always great and I won't downgrade the store for their corporate office's ability to keep ingredients in stock. The downgrade is due to 1) the drive thru. If you are out of something it should be posted at the mic, plus this is just a terrible spot for one. Ditch the dt to add more parking instead! 2. The staff was there and making drinks, but they barely looked up to acknowledge a single customer. So much for holiday cheer.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this place! Employees are always so kind and professional! Store is always clean and tidy. Employees are also quick and efficient. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order (even on busier days). Stopping here for a coffee on my way to work has made my mornings so much better! Thank you baristas for never letting me down!

$6 for a sandwich nothing comes with it. Tell you what, white castle is bigger and better than the baby sandwich I got. The eggs were cold in the middle. Never again will I go and order food.

I've picked up several delivery orders from Starbucks. They're not currently requiring masks for vaccinated customers, but no one asks you (as of August 2021). They typically start making the order when I arrive (to help keep it as fresh as possible for the customer). But it's usually ready within 2-5 minutes.
