Dunkin'

This store has amazing staff and service. I was in need of a large amount of coffee for an event. The manager went out of her way to accommodate all of the boxes of coffee I needed by going to different stores. By the time agreed all coffee's were done and ready. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service I received. You guys really made my day and you guys made everyone was so happy. Thank youuuuu!!!! Definitely will go back!!

I went into Dunkin mid morning. There were two people in front of me waiting to order. People were coming in to pick up online orders. 15 minutes later my order was finally taken. The store was out of caramel flavor so I got mocha. The frozen coffee was awful. There was no organization, the staff were not helpful and the overall experience will prevent me from going back

Little dark skin girl with a miserable attitude needs to act like she got home training and learn to talk to people correctly. Her job is to LISTEN and make drinks not cut people off and try to argue with them over ice. I’m not the one struggling for money in this situation so if I say I want extra ice that doesn’t mean I want a large drink. I wanted extra ice because I was getting an extra shot of espresso, but I never got that far in my order before she started talking crazy over ice and threatening that the manager was listening… good maybe they could help you understand how ordering coffee works!

This particular day (Sunday) was so busy that the line was literally put the door! The staff did not seem rushed by this. I observed two employees have any personal conversation and one employee drinking when they should’ve been working. I received half of my order and waited and waited and waited for my coffee and finally asked about it and the Employee informed me “It’s gone because someone rose grabbed it!” Apparently another customer had grabbed my coffee and she clearly witnessed this but did nothing and didn’t attempt to inform me of this or remake the coffee order. Sadly this location will always be very busy because there’s nothing else around but that doesn’t make it right to treat the customers poorly.
