Absolutely disgusting.......these people always mess up our order in the drive thru but this time they really got me good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and they served me raw chicken. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was raw because of the spicy breading. I thought the weird texture was just a soggy tomato but it was raw chicken. Now I'm not feeling good...... not looking forward to the next few days. I hope I don't get salmonella. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.

Ordered $60 dollars worth of food for my whole family. 2 burgers were made wrong. My chicken was made on a dirty grill. 1 burger was rare… All the fries were cold after waiting on food to be remade & they had no cup holders for my 6 drinks. Josh had no remorse or care either… no one did.The worst part? They forgot my baby’s toy!

What a sorry excuse for chicken breakfasts. My chicken biscuit wasn't edible. The chicken was deepfried burnt and barely any chicken on it. My wife's chicken bacon hardly better. Even the bacon was so hard she couldn't bite into it. Unfortunately after drive-thru we entered the express way. So couldn't return food. I would not recommend you take any chances with breakfast here.

This location has gone down hill more and more since COVID hit, they used to have great food and service, but these days I can't go there without something, or multiple things usually, being messed up on my order. Today they screwed up a 2 item order and can't even be bothered to answer the phone after 3 attempts to reach so I could let them know about the poor service, cold fries (during dinner rush), and completely messing up the burger I ordered. I'm done with this location, they don't care about customers at all it seems.

This place is unacceptable on every level. The quality of the food and definitely the customer service. I don't even know how this location is still open. I'm not going to say what I really want to say but I will say the VERY FEW TIMES I've gone here, you can GUARANTEE that your order WILL be wrong. Today I was the only person in the drive thru and they still failed to get it right. It seems like the pre-requisite to work here requires you to be...(you fill in the blank). Today was my last time going here and I declare that the reviews that are written about THIS location will reach whom need to see it so something can change or to shut the whole place down, seriously!!!

Super slow and dirty. The employees are distracted by one another therefore the customers are waiting on their food which sits there on the counter but because they are so busy small talking, no one is paying attention. Freestyle soda machine only had about 5 drinks and no ice. Then they screwed up our order. Very poor set up in here.
