Mcdonald's

This store has really gone down the drain. McDonald's as a whole, really has just lowered itself to nothing. It's no longer a family centered fast food restaurant with tons of fun for kids. The prices are outrageous, there's limited play places with almost always no access, the employees are usually rude, the good menu items were cut during COVID, the app is mediocre at best, and a lot of the time the stores will only take cash. This is seriously disappointing. My children are heartbroken.

I went to this McDonald's to purchase food for my son. When I got to the window to pay for my son's food, I released that I forgot my money at the house. They employee at the window was the nicest, most kindness, and up most respected for and paid for my son's meal. I was in shock that he did that for me.. I went home and fed my son,, picked up my wife and we went back up there to order food for us and to pay thar gentleman back.. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. He does deserve an Employee of the Year award for his compassion and kindness

Never fails to make me regret stopping at this location. I only do it because it's the closest to my house. But most, especially the night crew, of the staff is so disrespectful, lazy, and plain rude. You can't talk to the manager because she's just as disgustingly rude. She allows staff to physically threaten customers UNPROVOKED! I've seen the manager watch a 5 minute argument between a customer and staff and do absolutely nothing but tell the employee the customer wasn't worth going to jail for. Currently, did this review while so far waiting 21 minutes in the drive thru, watching staff argue with a customer holding up the line, and still no food🙃 I should've went to the Rock Springs location. I would've been there and back home already.

Went through outside drive through lane. Was the only one sitting there. 2 other cars pulled up in the inside lane. Both of their orders got taken and mine was never taken. I kept saying “hello” but no one ever took my order. Finally I gave up and drove around to go back in the inside lane. By the time I made it back around someone was at the outside lane but the inside was open so I pulled right up the the speaker. The person at the outside lane got their order taken and I was still just waiting. Finally I got my chance to order and I made sure I was very clear about my sauces for my nuggets for my meal and my kids meal. I repeated the sauces twice for each meal because this location always gets my sauces wrong if they even put them in at all. I ordered sweet and sour for both meals. The receipt I receive says sweet and sour for both meals. Things are looking good. My first bag gets handed to me and I check it. Sure enough, BBQ sauce. No big deal, I checked before I left so I can get it swapped without having to come back. I let the girl know. I got the wrong sauce. She doesn’t say anything to me. She just grabs the BBQ from me, sighs, and goes back to get my sweet and sour. Still saying nothing to me she hands me my sweet and sour sauce. She then hands me my kids meal. I go to verify the sauce in this one and there’s no sauce at all. I let her know that I’m missing the sauce. This time I get a louder sigh and a very dramatic eye roll. Still saying not a single word to me she goes back and gets the sauce, hands it to me and I say thank you and pull away. I get it… they’re teenagers and who wants to be a teenager working on a Saturday night but still… even the slightest attempt at being polite would go a long way. Even if you have to fake it. As a side note: The girl who took my payment was very polite though.

This McDonald's on Main Street in downtown Apopka, Florida, not far from the walkway overpass, is absolutely the best one I have seen in the United States. My brother I have taken our mother a few times, who used her walker up the concrete ramp. My brother and Imade it a habit to frequent this location every day, a half-hour walk. We sometimes ordered meals using the McDonald's application and for the items that were not on sale or free (yes, it is sometimes possible to get something free at McDonald's using the application). After placing your order you may sat down at any of the many comfortable booths to enjoy your food: Chicken McNuggets, Big Mac, Coffees, Teas, a Grilled Chicken Sandwich or a McDouble with also delicious crispy hot French fries. There are delicious Ice Teas and Sodas in various sizes with ice dispensers, and a particularly good warm apple pie. In two seating areas there are large flat-screen televisions showing news channels at a low volume. This McDonald’s is always kept immaculately clean and it employs a well-trained, friendly and efficient staff. The owner and manager are to to be commended for ensuring it is one of the best McDonald's in Florida. When visiting family in Apopka, Florida, I always eat at this well run and comfortable McDonald’s. This location also has a popular drive-in window for takeout orders, reliable WiFi and clean toilets, a large separate indoor play room for young children, and plenty of parking spaces. There are several employees who have been awarded for their long-time commendable work, and you are made to feel like part of an extended family. There is always service with a smile. This location attracts regular customers who are local residents and some tourists and visitors to Florida.
