I came at a very busy time, I wanted to go through the drive thru but it had 10 cars in line so I decided to go inside and order. I ordered black coffee and Avocado and toast. Which was really good. Staff was nice for the most part...took a few mins for anyone to take my order.

I’ve never had an issue with this location before until today. I got home and we realized they didn’t put the sausages on the sandwiches so I drove back to get the correct order, handed them the bag and when I got the correct order it was burnt I smelled it before even opening it. At that point I didn’t trust anything to be right so I just took it and drove off because I’ve now wasted an hour and a half of my morning when I have other things I need to do.

Standing,waiting to give order. Ignored because they were busy. Guy manager walks by, looks and barely asks could he help w no intention of helping, I say, I'd like to order some food. He walks away and around corner and tells someone I was at front but was still about another minute before another person came out and took my order. Hummus toast w roasted tomatoes.
Worth the wait.
Not complaining about workers but the manager? Yeah, ....that's another thing.

I picked up my iced coffee this morning and they were so sweet. I asked if they had a tea that would help a sore throat and they made something up so quick for me. Helped a ton! Loved the conversation and kindness.

I ordered through the drive-thru. I couldn't order large because they had no large cups. I couldn't order a brown sugar oatmeal latte. Because they couldn't make them. I ordered mocha chocolate latte they had to make three of them and still didn't do it right they were terrible. I told them to refund my money to give me a gift card and then she didn't know how to do that. Never go back there again.

When we first moved to Plainfield, we would frequent this location often. The service was speedy and the quality was top notch. I’m not sure what changed in the last year, but I stopped visiting this location all together. Every time I go in, it’s a minimum 20 minutes to get food. By then it’s stale and missing half of the items. Last time, I ordered an Americano online. I got there about 5 minutes after placing the order, walked out 15 minutes later with nothing. Not worth the money, shame!
