EXPERIENCE: This place needs to work on their organization, leadership and professionalism. My food came out much later than it should have because the staff communicates with each other with so much confusion. They repeatedly ask you your name...ask you what you ordered...check to see if your order is ready...find out it's not...tell you to wait.
It's just too hectic for the staff and customers.
FOOD: I think it would have tasted better if it were hot but it was good.
APPEARANCE: Need to work on the cleanliness of the restuarant and make a better attempt at keeping things sanitary.

Always great food from Wingstop! Like other reviewers have stated, I’ve dealt with friendlier food service employees. But I also wouldn’t call them rude. Another thing I’ve noticed is that I always order the same meal (10 piece boneless) but my side of fries is a different size with each order. So a little inconsistency there. But like I said, great food, always! Whenever I order online, the pickup time is usually right on target.

Ordered wings for new years eve. Got home missing 10 wings. Tried calling multiple times with no answer so I'm forced to write this review. Could have been a 5 star review but they don't care enough to answer.

If I could give no stars I would. I got sick from eating here the fries were so oily and burnt that only a fourth of them were edible and then to top it off they forgot my brownie

Made fresh to order. Delicious flavors. Blue cheese tasted like it was scratch made.

The 8 piece cajun wings I ordered looked and smelled good. The veggie sticks looked cold and crisp. Only problem is the soda machine being out of ice and drinks being flat.

Don’t order anything after 9. The app will tell you a time gap to pick up your order. I promise it won’t be ready. Once you get there and tell them who you are, they THEN proceed to start making your food. Sometimes they just stand around WHILE you’re at the register. Horrible night shift staff.

We ordered online I got 10 piece garlic parmesan wings. Open the box and it's nothing but drums and The wings didn't have any flavor. I ate 2 of the hard drums and couldn't eat anymore. I'm extremely PO what kind of person gives just drums and no flats and it wasn't a request.
