Subway

Ironically this review is about a woman named Christine, she was helping someone else and kindly greeted me when I walked in. When she made my sandwich I had all kinds of questions and special requests and she went above and beyond to make me the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. From now on I will always pass up the 2 subways I live next to, to come to this one. Thanks Christine!!

Had a young girl help us today. She was quick to come help us with our order. However, she asked us what kind of bread we wanted THREE times because she was too focused looking outside at who knows what. She was not paying attention to us while ordering. One disturbing and gross thing we noticed was she was wearing a charm bracelet that would go into the veggie trays and touch the veggies and nearly touch our sandwiches 🤢 if it would have touched our sandwiches we would have not purchased them.

The guy working behind the counter never smiles and it is hard to understand him because of the mask and his soft speaking voice. The last 2 times I've been there I have been very disappointed and I felt I wasted my money. Today the white chocolate macadamia cookies were burnt, overbaked, crunchy and tasted old, outdated. When a customer walks in, I feel the person behind the counter should stop making the online order and help who is in front of you. Not make them wait and they don't say anything.

I shoulda known better, when the windows were filthy. The employees do NOT wear masks!! A few of the younger females allow HOMELESS to come inside. He was dirty-dirty, did not wear a mask, touched the bags of chips, kept scratching his head like he had lice, proceeded to drink a beverage he took and he wore his underwear on the outside of his pants. They said it was the 3rd time that day he came in & he comes in all the time - like it's no big deal. One girl said it's "entertaining". I mean seriously? That's messed up.
