Horrible service.
Stood in line for 10 minutes before someone said anything or attempted to help. They had a stack of 20 blenders and decided to wash them all before taking our order. Understaffed and Poor time management skills. A simple “We will be right with you” would have been enough. But it literally felt like we were ghosts.
Bathroom said out of order which was a bummer because we had a three hour drive ahead and was using this as a pit stop. Will have to go to Starbucks next door 🤷🏻♂️

05/30/22 @ 1:40pm someone paid and right away walk outside to sit. Card didn’t go through but dude cashier without hesitation just paid for the drink with his own card. Just want to acknowledge the unselfish act.

Ordered orange dream machine with a free drink card and it did not look orange at all it was more pink and it had tasted like oranges but barely. I'm assuming it was the white gummi after looking it up which I cannot have because I am allergic to soy milk and the workers kept convincing me that was the one and when I drank it my mouth was all raw so it wasn't the orange dream machine after all. I get being understaffed sucked since I only saw 2 people but they really need to watch what they're doing so they don't put anyone in the hospital

The quality of Jamba is consistent, that much you can rely on. What’s unacceptable is the service. Hiring teens is great, but in doing so as a large organization you need to create training and development for proper customer service skills. At no time is it ok to have a line of people waiting for their beverages to be blended and the people behind the counter are more engaged in talking to each other than actually fulfilling the orders. The young men behind the counter are pleasant and I dont think they mean to slack, this is more of a training and development issue. These young people need to be taught the skills needed if they are going to be entrusted in representing a large brand like Jamba Juice.

Horrible experience! I called this location 4 times in the am to place an order and nobody answered. When I drove to the store to place my order they were extremely rude, didn’t want to make my drink on the secret menu, and then forgot to make a drink that I ordered. This location is by far the worst Jamba. They don’t even have Jamba Juice branded cups.

It was disappointing they didnt have any bananas for my order eventhough it suppose to come with it. They didnt even offer a discount. Not friendly at all

What an awesome experience. I wanted something customized and Anton really went out of the way to explain and helped me. He let me try before selling it to me. Thanks Anton for awesome customer service and delicious Pomegranate juice. It was my wife’s request and she loved it. Thanks again.

Sorry but I constantly get bad service from this place. I always ask for extra granola but usually in a cup if possible cause I don’t like soggy granola in my island patiya with no blueberries, and the person who takes my order is usually the one making it but still I get blueberries and always have to remind them for the extra granola. I seriously don’t mind paying for the extra but I want what I’m paying for and wish they would hire more mature individuals who actually care about their jobs otherwise there would be a lot less mistakes in my opinion.
