Pizza Hut

The Thin and Crispy pizza was seriously undercooked. It was thin but the crust was barely cooked (certainly not crispy). To be fair, though, the taste was good. And, the brownie was so undercooked it could not be cut with a knife. A spoon got the warm dough out (yes, my daughter loved that). To top things off, it was not delivered on time as they gave the order to Door Dash.

Unfortunately when it comes to ordering Pizza Hut for delivery, this is our only choice. We have never had a good experience with this place, if we actually get what we ordered, it's either burnt or lacking on toppings. Our latest attempt was all 3.. nit what we ordered, both pizzas were burnt, and both pizzas were seriously lacking on the toppings. What was extra this time was the fact that pizza was cut in weirdest way. We normally order pizza from a local place but like the old favorite from time to time, time to retire it I guess. This place clearly needs a management change.

I love my local Pizza Hut... The store hours were very limited during the pandemic and I wasn't able to get there in time for my favorite pizza... Store hours are finally back to normal... Makes me and my family so happy to be able to get our fav pizza once again at our favorite Pizza Hut... Sure did miss the great crew at Cape St Claire Pizza Hut and their excellent service... Pizza Hut pizza is the BEST!!!

Last order I was missing food a so I called and set on hold multiple times and multiple hangups then the guys says ok we’ll have some bring it to you. (No One came) then I called and the man goes it’s ok I’ll tell the manger and the next order give give it to you. I make a order and call the store the manager says she didn’t know anything about and there is a time frame that I had to order so there was nothing she could do. So I ordered from them for nothing because everyone wanted pizza Bolis 😒

Usually my order is perfect. Today was not. The medium cheese pizza had an inside out box. The pizza crust was thick on one side and paper thin on the other so that there was a couple of holes where the toppings touched the bottom of the box. The large stuffed crust pizza did not have my crust flavoring on it. The pepperoni seems smaller than usual and were oddly curled and shriveled. The delivery was fast and on time. The boneless wings were excellent. I expect more care given to the pizza making process. Thank you.
