Food good but the service from one lady (manager or owner) was extremely poor. Simple questions were greeted with attitude or like I was wasting her time..
While there I heard her tell a table of about 12 people that they couldn't have anymore aoli sauce, the table would've spend nearly $100 on food, the sauce would've cost max 20-50c!!!
If you don't like your job, quit and move on, because the way you act toward your customers is disgraceful and not called for.

Very tasty food. I simply loved the pumpkin salad with maple walnuts. It was AMAZING. The milkshake was also very good, exactly as I like them, not too thick but liquid. Staff very friendly.

So rude, coffee was appalling thickest harshest tasting coffee I have ever come across.
I politely told the girl working I can’t drink this coffee I would like a refund.
She made me feel like a criminal and belittled me I felt so uncomfortable !
I will now tell everyone my story as I’m a local and never again will be walking in the doors of “Rubi Blue” discussing

Amazing. Best food we've eaten while traveling 2 weeks up & down the East coast.
Schnitzel burger cooked to juicy perfection, beef burger juicy and great too. House sweet chili aioli is great. Service was brilliant, welcomed on entry, seated. We went with our 8 month old baby and they were so lovely and welcoming to her. Just the best! Thanks so much for making our last stop on the way home so pleasurable 😊

I have never had a better almond latte then the coffee I was provided with at Rubi Blue, the service was as good as you could get and the customer service provided by their register lady Alayne put a smile on my face and made my day. I would never ask for a refund in fact I would pay twice!

Horrible rude staff.
Came back to get a refund as the coffee I was made had the most awful tasting milk. Asked it’s from Aldi. Then was yelled at and told to never come back given my refund in silver coins .
So rude. Never going back. Yes I’m a local lost a customer.
