Horrible experience with the owner ladie.. 1st. I returned a disgusting drink of boa bo tea.(the worst I've ever had by far) and most expensive .. 2nd. The owner would not refund me or at least exchange it.... after arguing with the owner, security came over,listened to my situation and recommended that i file a complaint... 3rd.. two customers behind me in line were disgusted how the owner acted and left. So the business lost three customers because she (the owner) would not exchange a disgusting drink that she admitted was old and stale because I purchased it at the end of the day. Never again

Poor Quality products and rude customer service: My daughter ordered a pineapple coconut orange smoothie that did not taste right. She attempted to get something else but the staff worker who was a male laughed at her and would not give her something different. My daughter then went to my wife who tasted it and agreed there was something wrong with the drink. My wife then approached a lady working who said she the owner. My wife explained the situation and the lady refused to accommodate our request. The "owner" then became hostile towards my wife and daughter. We highly recommend that you spend your money somewhere else next time you are in Briarwood Mall.
