Panera Bread

I love ordering food,but when I receive my food with things on it I don’t want or like it makes me upset. I totally understand mäßig things up but this has happened so many times. You could kill someone one day because of allergies! Please do better! Overall the food is good,but I’m scared to eat order from here again.

Here in my lunch break, only have so much time. The portly young woman with red hair was all too happy to avoid instructing me to use the self-checkout to order. Instead she would periodically look over to see if I had left. It took me 5 minutes in solitude to realize I can order myself. Other than that, very speedy service with great food 👍

Stopped in for dinner after a long day of work and helping friends. Not sure what happened to the half sandwich (notice it is only a quarter sandwich) and soup (which was not a bowl) as sizes have shrunk. I don't know why my bottom bread was soaked but you can see it in the picture. The bottom of my plate was wet as well, left a wet spot on the table pictured as well. I asked for a fork so when tuna fell out the sandwich I could eat it with a fork, well none fell out because of the small amount on it. I didn't bother with it as I will definitely not stop at this Panera again. I went home and made a bowl of cereal to finish my meal since what used to fill me didn't at this location.

Stopped in for a grilled cheese and tomato soup because it’s Michigan and of course it’s snowing on 4/18. I remembered that the Panera Breads I have been to before had a nice big fireplace. When I walked in, I was excited to see that they had a big fireplace with seating surrounding it as a little nook. It wasn’t on. I asked an employee if they could turn it on and was told that it hasn’t worked since they opened… WHAT?!?! Asked another employee when they opened and she said at least 20 years. Then I asked what was in their kitchen sink cookie… 3 employees stood there looking at each other trying to remember… WHAT?!?! I give up! Never again.

Drinks are fine. Don't recommend eating anything from here, especially the nasty soup. Dirty food prep area, don't rotate product as they should, and get orders wrong. Couldn't eat sandwich due to pickle juice on it, and blueberry muffin covered in sugar and dry. Sara presented as a manager. However, when I shared my concerns, Sara said, "What do you expect me to do about it, ma'am!?!" When I said I wasn't a woman-Sara did not apologize for misgendering me and continued to treat me rudely.

Staff were all properly masked and customers too. Contact tracing data entry quick and easy via QR code for those dining in. Tables clearly marked to socially distance. Food and customer service were great! Pick Two Chicken wild rice soup is a go to on a cold day with a baguette. Chicken avocado melt sandwich is my new fave! Whenever ordering through mobile app, easy to add extra veggies at no cost, up to 5 choices, etc. Hard to remember it all when standing in line. 😋 Also treated myself to a bear claw almond pastry to take home!
