Arby’s

Went to Arby’s drive-through tonight at about 1230 order some sliders some fries. no other customers at the restaurant not aware they were closing at 1am I ordered a turnover that turned up to be hard and cold fries were old cold mushy hard nasty all in one we leave come back up to the speaker to let them know about the fries she tells me to hold on. While no other customers in line. this is probably like 1240am pull up to the window for her to tell me she’s sorry she was in the bathroom still no customers in line I asked if we could get fresh fries considering we paid two dollars for fries that were uneditable so she got the manager the manager comes back slams a window in my face after looking at the fries brings me another thing of fries and then shut the lights off on me. I was trying to let him know that those fries were not fresh he just went and got the same fries that he had given us originally that had been sitting there not even warm and then shut the lights off on us.! stack like they’re close I pull off at 12:45 not supposed to close until 1 AM and now there’s other customers across the street there with the lights on very disappointed very rude poor satisfaction for customer service for food quality lazy and unsanitary unprofessional I am very very embarrassed for the management.

Tried the new, limited time buffalo wings and crinkle fries today. Opted for the nine piece for $6, and added a drink. The wing sauce was good, but the quality of chicken wasn't anything close to what I would expect from Arby's. It was lukewarm, chewy, and tasted like fully cooked, frozen chicken tenders after you microwave them. The crinkle fries were way too salty, and they forgot the ranch dip. Wish I had the time to go inside and speak with someone, but I had to head back to work. 2 stars for effort, but before running radio ads claiming to show the wing places how it's done...make sure you aren't just making a $5 to $6 lunch item to fill a void in your menu.

very lovely place. workers are nice and know what they are doing. Management goes above and beyond for their customers. my wife left her purse here after we travelled 4 hours away, and they were nice enough to ship it out priority mail. i won’t forget the hospitality and general kindness of this location.

First, it has been a while since I have been to Arby's. Her order was wrong. My sandwich was advertised with more meat than was actually on the sandwich. The drinking fountain kept leaking water when filling my Dr. Pepper. They did replace my wife's sandwich. I hope it is just this store as I am not ready to try Arby's soon.
