Pizza King

We visited this Pizza King tonight with a large group (~25) following the funeral of a family member (whose favorite pizza was Pizza King). The food was delicious and service was outstanding, especially given the large size of our group. It was a nice tribute to our recently departed family member, and we enjoyed this opportunity to share a meal and reminisce. It sounds like this location is under new management, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Awful customer service! I called to place a carry out order, we got there and waited 20 min longer which was fine but then our food was done before the pasta salad was made and the lady asked another worker to make it and she said she would after she counted money so I tried to tell the lady we didn’t need the pasta salad just to refund it that way we could leave and she got defensive wouldn’t let me speak said mam to me several times when I was just wanting to go so our food didn’t get cold, and she kept saying it won’t get cold but it was already sitting out for 10 min. Very rude and When they forgot to put 2 sauces in the bag my husband told her and she said sorry and rolled her eyes. Very rude and very upsetting! The way she acted was uncalled for and our food was cold by the time we made it home! Should of went to the other pizza king, we never have issues at the other one.

Me and my boyfriend went in and sat at table 1. I picked the phone up and they let it ring For 5 minutes. I walked up and a lady said she was gonna have a server come To the table. I sat down and just sat there for a whole 20 minutes still not served. Wasn’t busy or anything. Don’t recommend. We ended up going to pizza king on broadway.
