Went in to order, to ensure my order was correct, language barrier and all! Scorching HOT! inside services was slow, the staff prepared my drinks, but by the time my order was complete the 2 pieces of ice they put in the drink had melted and watered it down, the fries cold and soggy! Not a fan of Micky D's to begin with. But this one of those it was there and my wife was hungry so what are you going to do? This is the second time in the 3 years, I've lived here and both times the food was $h#t!

I have not eaten at a McDonald's in America since 2010. Since they have poor customer service, dirty restaurants, and low food quality. Since arriving in Europe, I ate at another McDonald's and was thoroughly impressed with their food and customer service. However, this one was just like the American McDonald's. Food was sloppy, when I asked for one ketchup packet. I was asked if I "ordered" one? I said nevermind and went to sit down. The employee FOLLOWED me to my seat and continued to question me as to whether or not I ordered a single ketchup packet. I continued to say nevermind. After a minute of him interrogating me, he finally left. Very rude !!

I come to this McDonalds every once in a while and it’s a really nice McDonald’s on the inside. Very clean and very up to date. The reason for 3/5? They aren’t always open the hours they say they are. I have been here for breakfast 9 or 10 times and probably 5 times they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Other than that for breakfast they normally have two people working and they take a little long for orders to be filled. The food is prepared well but sometimes the hash browns are like cold, like refrigerator cold. I will still continue to go and try it as I like McDonalds for breakfast.

I went through this drive thru today and ordered three 20 piece chicken mcnuggets for the family with sweet and sour sauce. The quality control of the orders failed, because the young gentleman preparing the order didn't put even one sauce in the bags. I called them when I got home and all they offered to do is give me the sauces when if I came back. Inexcusable customer service. This mcdonalds need to properly train its employees as well as have an experienced employee checking the orders before they go out.

I'm not sure if they changed management but since the switch to the think bags with no logo this McDonald's has been awesome. Before orders were constantly messed up. Now you get in your bag what your ordered. Before the food was thrown together. Now the food looks like someone cared to make it. Before over cooked fries and cold food. Now warm, fresh great tasting food. Best McDonald's in Kaiserslautern maybe Germany.
