Pizza Hut

I have given this place multiple chances, and they have failed every time. The first time dealing with this place, the delivery driver arrived with my order, but forgot the drink in the car taking the pizza with her. No big deal, but after waiting outside my apartment door for 5 minutes I realized she wasn't going to come back. I call the store and they said she came back but I wasn't there (though I stood outside my the door the entire time). Then they said the store will not deliver to me. 6 months later, I give them another chance but they deliver the wrong order and refuse to send me my order. Though I did later received a refund from that issue. Finally, today February 14th, 2016, I placed an order around 9-9:30. So I call up to get an update on my order but the phone is busy, I call the general anchorage number, and find out they're not able to get hold of them either. After waiting an 1.5 hours I have to call back to get a refund, and find another place that delivers at 11 pm.

Ordered a pizza, it gave a time it would arrive. An hour and a half later, I called to check the status. They has to transfer me to two different people because they couldn't understand my English and apparently me asking for an ETA was a hard question. I received no apology or sympathy at all, other than "it should be leaving the store soon." So I cancelled it and went with dominos, who took 18 minutes from the time I placed my order, to at my door. Get your crap together Pizza Hut!

Terrible place! They need to shut this place down. I should have read the reviews before ordering here, but, it being Pizza Hut, I never thought it could be so bad here. I placed an online pre-order at 1020, with an estimated delivery time of 1130. Never received any notification updates, no call, nothing. I tried calling and it just kept ringing and ringing. Finally I went ahead and called the Pizza Hut Customer line and will continue to do so until I get an explanation as to why they're still open with this type of customer service.

I'm done, I've given this store three...three chances to get it right. They are always late and tonight I had to call the call center and was told the manager stated "it should be there soon", no apologies, no attempt to make it right, over 30 minutes late, at the time of writing this, 40 minutes late. We will no longer order from this place! WOW and now some punk just called saying they are wanting to "remake my order" because they declined my card when it works just fine, also lied to me on the phone call. Unprofessional garbage screw this POS store!

Ordered a primo pizza from the the 2205 E Tudor Pizza Hut. Was called and told that there wasn't any salami for the order I placed. Okay, no big deal. I told them to just add some other meat instead, but I was told that it was already cooked and being delivered so it was too late to fix it. Hmm, okay. So I was shorted toppings. *shrug* Oh well, I figured that's not worth getting upset about. I then waited on it to be delivered however, imagine my surprise when not only was it short a little toppings but it didn't even have sauce. Not as in it only had a little sauce, I mean it had none. Nada. Zip. Zilch. I took a picture of it because it was so thin that I could see the lightbulb shining through it. Was just a thin crust so thin it was almost translucent with some pepperoni, sausage, and only enough cheese to look like a cardboard cutout of a picture of a pizza. Didn't even have all of the meats that it's supposed to have. Ate two slices because I was freaking starving and let me tell you, it was disgusting. Ex-military with multiple trips to Iraq and Afghanistan here so I've eaten my share of bad food. This stuff was deployment quality gross. So I then called the location back to have it fixed and when the deliver driver showed up she was extremely rude arguing with me when she asked what was wrong with it. I had to tear off the topping of a slice to show it to her. Was unreal. Then to top it off, the replacement pizza she delivered still didn't have any sauce although what it lacked in sauce it more than made up with in grease... ugh. Called their customer service and was issued a refund but was told to keep the second pizza. However, after taking just one bite I decided that it was so disgusting I threw it away instead. One thing to note is I've ordered from them several times, and while it's mostly okay, this was the worst experience ever. Not just from them but as in the worst experience I've ever had ordering a pizza anywhere. Ever. The E Tudor Pizza Hut will never see another dime from me or anyone I know.

Well the woman who was working the phone hung up on me as soon as she answered. I figured that it was an accident and called back. No answer.call back no answer. Call again and she answers then immediately hangs up again? Like maybe she doesn't feel like taking orders, so she answers then hangs up again? Anyways, this wouldn't be such a big deal if I hadn't already ordered online and needed to fix my order. I guess I'll just have to get what I get. I always wondered why this location had a low rating but now I know.
