The staff is not trained well. When I asked for a gift card they had no idea how to load it. They ended up finding a preloaded gift card in Carrs to give me because they couldn't figure out how to load a gift card which are available at their own kiosk.
Furthermore they never seem to have their light roast coffee available. Every time I ask for the light roast option they claim that they are out. When it's available in whole bean for sale.
Please train your staff better.

The staff there is very down to earth and skilled. Conversation can be short or long and they never make me feel awkward, even in my most awkward days. I think they should all get paid vacations to Hawaii or something.

Worse Carmel macchiato I have ever had. Taste like water downed hot chocolate at best. Only gets a 1 star cause it wont allow no star... plus they charged me 3 times and 2 times for another drink. But only got 2. Hope whomever enjoyed taking extra from my daughters prepaid card
