Starbucks

About 620 am this morning Friday June 10th I go through the drive thru to order a decaf with cream and 2 vanilla. The person kept repeating the order and yet when I got it there was no vanilla and it was regular coffee. The reason people order decaf can vary but the most prevalent is the caffeine could have severe health risks to a person. I had not ever had issues before so I felt confident there would not be issues today. Now I understand why that tip jar was empty. Appearantly it is not just my order they couldn't get right. If you want better tips you have to earn it. Then when I tried to cal magically the phone number is not in service. So I will be going in and recording.

Had a really great experience and warm greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru line this past Sunday. I love the video screen that lets you see the person while they are talking to you. Morgan was my barista and had a nice smile and seemed to genuinely care when she asked how my morning was going. This is the best Starbs location I’ve been to in Alaska. Great job to the management team!

This is my first time coming to this Starbucks. I get Starbucks every day even on Christmas Eve and I was on this side of town wanted to order ahead to the app to bypass the line. The drink was delicious, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was very quiet, relaxing, & has low lighting. When I got they are my drink I just gotten done being made I would come back again.

I order occasionally order a latte on their app and it's always ready for me when I show up 5 minutes later on my way to work in the morning. The staff is always super friendly and greet me with smiles and something nice to say. I really appreciate their great customer service, even for someone just running in to grab a coffee pre-ordered on the app.

I just want to start off by saying how incredible this specific Starbucks store is. I have never had a bad experience. Ever. This store always goes above and beyond for each and every one of their customers. My reasons for this are: Every single time I've entered this store, I've been greeted all of the time, the workers are all so sweet and kind. They are honestly one of, if not, the FASTEST Drive-Thrus I've ever been to, not to mention the quality is superb. Not once have I ever had a negative experience. This store has such sweet workers, all of which who make my morning so much more better. Yes, starbucks is busy... yes there can be a line, and boooo-hoo yes you'll have to wait a few minutes for your drink when it's busy, so? It's busy, of course there's going to be a wait!! Just wait in line like the rest of us. Like I mentioned before, this store is my absolute favorite. I'll never stop coming to this store because not to mention it is also exceptionally CLEAN! Thank you 100th & C, you always continue to make my morning commute so much worth while.

Let me start by saying I literally never do reviews, but customer service is a really big thing for me. So I go to Starbucks everyday next to my work on Lake Otis and Tudor and they are AMAZING! Even when they are slammed they greet you as you walk in with a smile. Tonight when I did a mobile order to pick up next to my house on 100th there was 3 or 4 workers, 2 customers in the lobby just talking and myself next to the counter for pickup . No one greeted me at all! I just stood there for 5mins and still not acknowledged until I interrupted them talking and asked for my mobile order. I was really hoping I'd be able to go to the store next to my house being it's convenient but I will definitely travel a little further away for the customer service!

Normally no problems. Always friendly, helpful and with tasty drinks. Today I found out they had bagels on the app to order so I checked that out...options where set to “warmed”. Eww, no. So I set it to “not warmed” and went about my business. Everything was perfect but the bagel was not only warmed but toasted and now crunchy and hard and the cream cheese I ordered was mostly liquid from being in the same bag with it. So...don’t order the bagel unless you want it ruined and everything else is great.
