Came in the afternoon, we were in the drive thru so we couldn't speak on the atmosphere. Made the cashier wait for us to take a look at the menu. Hey, you never know if a new item came in! Then we made her wait AGAIN to pay. My phone died and I had to use Google pay ( thank you son for losing my debit card 😂) quick service and friendly cashier and second window service ( not sure what their title is tbh) . The only issue here was we ate in our vehicle and the local people by 7levaes etc had staring problems and were super nosy like they never saw a person eat in their car before 🤷♀️

I go to the McDonalds Brookhurst/Chapman almost everyday. Lines move way to slow. You can be in line 20 min. Just to get coffee. They have 2 lanes but it doesn't seem to help. The McDonalds on Gilbert/Ball has it down pat with 1 lane so try to go there when I can. Inside help on Brookhurst is really friendly and helpful if you go in

I ordered two McDoubles two french Fry's a 10pc McNugget and two soft drinks. My french fries were crispy and hott 😌. But the McDonald's workers forgot my 2nd French fry. We alerted the window server and he corrected the order. Food was delicious.

Ice cream is the bomb at this McDonald's oh also Oreo m flurry so so delicious 😋 Not too much of a wait through the drive thru not all McDonald's ice cream taste the same some taste like too watery not creamy at all . So yeah that's is my personal opinion. Hope my review helped

I've been here a few times, usually through the drive-thru. The drive-thru attendants have been pretty friendly. Last time they forgot my drink but were very apologetic when I pointed it out. I've never been inside during rush hour but I was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby. My only complaint is the last time I came, I was waiting at the register for the longest time before someone came to take my order. One of the employees even looked at me but didn't do anything about it but oh well. 4/5 overall

We can find burguese amd the staff is very helpfull. Avoid going at 3 is full of teenagers. They do not respect the customers they drink and never pay for that they bring their own food. I think staff should regulate this in order customers enjoy visiting this place!!
