Ordered takeout from this place just now.
We did not receive a drink, two of the sides are missing, and one of the sides was incorrect, and all the food was cold upon arrival.
We spoke to a manager, Scott, who told us that unfortunately they only have one cook and very little staff, so things sometimes get missed.
Time to offer higher wages, if y'all are having so much trouble retaining staff.

Our waitress Sarah was awesome. The Chef was a piece of garbage. Completely disgusted with the entire meal. Food was completely cold upon arriving at the table. Our server was doing everything in her power to correct/rectify our meal for the chef to just disregard everything she was saying. This place has gone completely down hill from the last time I’ve been there a year ago. They don’t deserve an amazing waitress like Sarah.

The food here is always good. My go-to's are the whiskey glazed burger or whiskey-glazed chicken sandwich. Incredible! The fries are always seasoned really well too. However, I have been in here with family and gotten some gnarly silverware that was not clean. After it happened 3-4 times in the same sitting with different sets of silverware, the manager was very apologetic and got us a gift card. We stopped going for a few years because of that. This last time the silverware was at worst a bit spotty (just water stained) and the food was good.

The manager Shelby went above and beyond to fix a pickup order that had the wrong item. A week ago I got home with an order of boneless wings but got the bone-in ones by accident. Today I came in and she took care of a remake and even added an appetizer. Always been great food but service is equally Important. This one has both 😁 5 of 5

Our server Sarah was awesome kind, caring, and clearly passionate about her job. The food was awful. Sent me throwing up a few hours after taking a few bites. The food had come out cold upon being delivered to table. Waitress sarah was more than willing to rectify the situation in anyway possible! The chef or GM was giving her a hard time, because his food sucks. You could tell by her face she was completely embarrassed to be working for someone like that! After discussing the item to take off the bill, the cook decided a $8 dollar coupon would recifythe situation. That was not agreed upon, and no appetizer even cost $8. We wont be returning so the coupon is useless. I hope Sarah gets the credit for all her hard work and isnt ever given a hard time by someone such as the cook again. The table had trash on it upon arriving as well as carpenter ants crawling around and up the walls. This place has gone way down hill since previous visits. Next time we will go elsewhere for dinner.

Dinner was very good. Food was exceptional and price was fair for two people. Our server was also pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted.

Quality staff and quality food. Clean and well maintained enviorment. Thank you to the staff for providing fast and qaulity service for ordering on the fly and pick-up. Me and my fiance enjoyed a hot and delicious meal for our V-Day date.

We came in around 1 am
Had some appetizers, soup, burgers and fries.
Everything turned out perfect.
Our server was extremely polite and respectful.
Our food came out in a timely manner and the atmosphere was perfect the lighting not to low not too bright. Music playing in the background. Flat screen Tvs playing shows and ball games.
The tables were all neat and clean.
You can definitely tell they have good management here at this location 👍👍
