You guys ALWAYS get my order notes RIGHT on UberEats, THANK YOU SO MUCH! your pizza crust is amazing, the turkey wrap was incredibly fresh, the salad pizza OMG but... there's just one thing. I know an Italian cannot be making your Italian subs. It was the most bizarre italian sub I've ever had lol, the bread was good though.

Loooved the food really spot!!! Crust is crunchy and ingredients are fresh!! BUT had to take a star off because my biggest complaint is that the online menu is VERY inaccurate. Ended up having to pay $10 more than expected and I ordered over the phone. So ask them ahead of time how much each item is because their website is not updated. Primos please fix it, otherwise it feels scammy.

Pizza is awesome, but lots of tiny flies coming out of the garbage cans by the booths.

The staff at Primo's are great! We had to do a last minute large order and they were super accommodating and everything was delicious. We're happy to have them in our neighborhood.

Good ppl, good food, usually pretty fast as well. Many different dishes so there's something for everyone.

A true neighborhood restaurant. Staff are friendly and will recognize you and be happy to see you. Food is well priced, except for the larger meals like pizzas and pastas. Famous for their garlic knots. Lack of a 'small' pizza size is odd. Allows for customer creativity; creative orders by customers are often put on the menu, along with a custom name like the "T" calzone or the Wing-Zing calzone. Creative menu items that are created by customers like these keep me coming back. Truly some of the nicest business owners in Amherst!

Love the food here the staff in back is awesome for some reason it says online they close at 11 (they DO NOT they close AT 10) so I arrived an hour late! Thankfully the sweet kitchen staff still had my warm food and even though the register was turned off they went out of they're way to make sure I got my food! I took one star away because the person who answers the phone needs to be fired they're short and rude and with such a sweet kitchen staff shouldn't be working there.

really good old fashioned pizzeria. old fashioned like the menu signs are probably 40 years old, yellowed and not entirely accurate :-) the pizzeria itself is very roomy and has lots of spread out seating. but it's really good pizza! no not organic. no not low calorie. no not exactly thin crust. but, for example, the spinach and red pepper and pesto Pizza is loaded with spinach and red peppers and onions. I mean loaded. probably more spinach than Antonio's puts on their Florentine pizza. so the slices are substantial, decent amount of crust and a very good amount of cheese, very generous toppings, slices are generously sized, and it is not expensive! much cheaper than antonio's! highly recommended if you're in the mood for a greasier slice than Antonio's. yummy all the way around.....

Recently transferred to UMASS and am currently living at Kendrick Place(right across from Primo), I frequently go to Primo Too Pizza not just for convenience but because they are much better than overrated Antonios. The price is very convenient and their portions , no matter a burger, fries, wrap or slice of pizza, are more than generous, I always underestimate how much I can eat there but nevertheless, order more all the same. The family that runs this restaurant are beyond hard working, honest and very accommodating (should you have any questions or preferences when ordering), they are also extraordinarily warm and welcoming, especially the owner, should I have a rough day, he will literally stop what he is doing and ask me how I'm doing and have a full, authentic conversation which has meant more than I can express at times. If I did not believe in everything I was saying I would not have wrote such a review, its such a shame I live in eastern ma or else I'd come here year round. Should anyone be interested in high quality ingredient, local pizza, please check this out.
I look forward to my next visit @ Primo Too Pizza : )
