i love this location. they are always so nice. i live over by the one on western and i prefer to drive all the way to this location. western never has anything you order. i go to order any kind of food and they say they don't have it but at this one its never an issue. the girl that works the mornings is an all star. she works that front like no one ive ever seen before and she is so sweet! i would definitely give her a raise.. she puts the work in!

Horrible experience a few days ago. I just now got some time to post. But the coffee I got was curdled. I think the cream they put in it was spoiled. It was so obvious too, so apparently, the drive thru guy couldn’t care less. I drove 10 miles back to Amarillo to get a refund. He kind of had an attitude about the refund too. It was bad enough that I’ll avoid this store every time I’m through Amarillo now.

The food & drink I got was ok, but it felt like it was short staffed because it took a while to get my order in & the guy before me had to wait a while before getting his order & me getting mine.

Coming from the EAST COAST, I finally found a Dunkin to make my light and sweet perfectly!! Thank you!! (And it was drive through, didn’t catch the guys name but he sold me on a donut too)

Way faster this time around! Use the ap and it'll make things go smoother. Drive thru only still which is a bummer, but I have to assume it's staffing issues.
The guy at the window was friendly and efficient, my husband's latte with an extra shot of espresso was amazing btw! So I had to add an extra star this time.

They are very short staff. The employees are nice but they need help. They shouldn’t have to struggle.

This is the only coffee/breakfast place on my way to work and every time I go there they take a million years they are always out of stuff and today when I showed up at 8:20 am and they open at 6am I ordered donuts for my coworkers and they had net even started making them they were barely warming up the machines!!!

Disgusting place. The service was extremely slow. The donuts were cold and they are lazy taking forever in both the dine in area and drive thru. I ordered some cold teas and they were filled to the brim with ice. I tried ordering some kolaches and I was refused because the employees were too lazy to make them. Then I saw they were making them for the people in drive-thru. Not only are they rude they also want to get other people sick. Terrible service thank goodness I do not live close to this location that is the only true blessing!
