Drive threw takes forever. 5-10 Minutes for someone to answer and take your order every time. Even if no one els is in line. Sometimes the drive through people are nice and sometimes not. And I usually prefer the drive threw so I don’t stop by much any more. I’d rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the Pak-A-Sak than wait in the drive through forever. BUT if you go inside it’s nice, clean, quick, and friendly.

I’ve always went to Eskimo hut, even before the new gas station opened. Customer service has always been great, but since this new store has been built I’ve noticed customer service inside is amazing, but drive thru. You can’t ever get a answer or it takes forever and you get the excuse sorry I didn’t know anyone was waiting. I can completely understand once or twice but this has been almost everytime I come and I live down the street, so I come often. I pull up to the drive thru this last time and of course no answer after waiting there for quite some time. I drive up past the window see a lady sitting there doing nothing and two people outside taking smoke breaks. I’ve always loved Eskimo hut, but the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather drive the extra way to have better customer service.

I invite everyone friend or not to go by The Station. Listen if you are feeling sad, things not going well and really depressed, I strongly recommend going by this store . Their employees are super friendly, snacks are delicious and they truly make you feel welcome . There are no miserable people working here . Trust me and go see them . Even if you don’t need anything you see what I mean .

Love the new store, some of the staff are great, nice. Drive thru is supposed to be convenient, however I get the rudest people, or have to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker, twice more at the window because it always seems to be play time. I do love seeing people enjoy being at work, or making the most of work..but there does come a time when you still have to get the job done. We were excited about Eskimo Hut being back, especially since I grew up with this one out here. Not impressed, I just stay going to Pak a sak.
