Disgusting, watery soapy gravy, sick vomiting and glad my elderly mother didn't eat any. Usually good but we'll never go back for a long time. Gonna share this experience on media if I get no response from company. Enough to worry about nowadays, don't need food poisoning my goodness wth.

Food was fine, dining area clean. Staff was low functioning. No courtesy, just the minimum to process the order and move on.

I picked up food for the family. They were not pleased. They said the mashed potatoes and chicken strip recipes had changed from before. The potatoes almost tasted burnt. The regular bone in chicken was okay but laking actual meat on the bone. The Biscuits were down right disgusting and tasted of a big clump of FLOUR only. Not like an actual biscuit should taste and especially not like a KFC biscuit. To top everything off they wanted to try the Beyond Chicken nuggets which I ordered and paid for. They did not give them to me and I cannot get in touch with the store they will not pick up and answer. I don't know if it is just the local KFC that is just not right anymore or all over but it is too much money to spend on something that is not so good.

If there’s 0 star I’ll rate that, so disappointed!! I got 4 spicy chicken sandwich and they give me regular chicken patties was old and so dry, they could’ve at least give me the right chicken if they didn’t want to give me fresh food🤦🏻♀️ The absolutely worst

Ordered a spicy bowl and gave me a regular bowl. Tried calling and no one ever answered the phone.

The food is cold and the kids are not polite or respectful. Insult to the my Mexican race. The cold food will fail inspection. Reporting the safety issues. Go somewhere else!

The chicken was not cooked all the way and i had to come back because they forgot my sandwich that i ordered and then my sandwich was missing all the ingredients on it except mayonnaise Not to mention I had to pull up and waited for almost 30 minutes for two order of tenders

Said open till 7 but doors locked at 430. Mgr looks like walking tattoo and rude. Gonna call cops for shaking his door. They were all screwing around inside. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.
