I had a very bad experience. I had called more than once waiting on the phone over 20 minutes. I drove up and walked up to the counter to show cashier how I was still waiting on the phone for someone to take my order. I asked to speak to manager and he wasn’t helpful. I did see two employees with no hurry on to getting to the phone to take my order. I also saw a phone cord un hooked and took a photo and asked the manager if that was why I kept being on hold for so long. His reply was his employees have been busy . I was hoping for a better response .

This place is a joke. We walked in and 3 people were standing there all acting like they were cooking. Called for someone to come to the front no one came up. Another man walked in and they helped him first. Finally got our food after 10 mins waiting with no acknowledent. Then the ice machine was empty and no one even asked if they could fill it for us. Never had this bad of customer service here. There were at least 7 employees and no one wanted to help us.

Sad, because I do like Wingstop, but it seems that the wait is always long, the order is wrong, and today this is what the veggies looked liked!!!! Disgusting. This tells me that they have these prewrapped already and they don't keep them fresh.

I order ahead and wait at least 30 minutes before coming in every time. When I walk in, they start my order and I have to wait another 30-45 minutes for it to be made. This has been at least four times. I’m no longer coming to this location.

Best place in town for wings. The owners are one of a kind and will always do what they can to put out the best service and food. I love Wingstop

Went at lunch time and they are usually really busy. They were punctual woth timing on my order and finally the Mango habanero wings were actually spicy!!! Way to go wing stop!

Ordered delivery, my order wasn't right and the manager Justin proceeded to tell me it was. I will never order from them again, they should hire competent people!
