Parking lot is pretty small, so watch out! There was a traffic jam because of a trailer while we were here, ha! Service was ok, but they were out of several menu items and condiments. Food was hot and fresh though.

We traveled a very long way to eat here. We came from the Midwest so we figured we would give this place a try. It was fabulous! Glad we stopped

Nice concept, free flowing design. Food was great, hot and tasty. Employees were friendly but they got our order wrong and couldn't scan my Whataburger app nor allow me to use my free rewards. Their shake machine was down too.

we pulled up to the drive-through, the person taking our order had great customer service very polite placed our order and we drive up to the window. We receive our order and the lady at the window is rude.we inform her we had ordered two shakes and she looked at us like we were bothering her, she told us their ice cream machine was broken also informed her that we had ordered some extra barbecue sauce and again looked at us like it was a bother to her to get us extra barbecue sauce. not very good customer service at the window. do better!!!

Ordered a burger with green chili. I got green chili along with all the fried nasty on the grill. I called an spoke to a manager. They offered to make a new one, but after taking a bite of this charcoaled burger I don't think I'll be back to this location for awhile.

This is the second time my wife and I have eaten there this month both times the fries and burgers were cold. I asked this time if fries and burger was hot which the attendant said yes. I pulled out on 34th and the fries were cold. A five minute drive to my house and the burger was cold.we love Whataburger but am sick of this location.

This location has gone to hell. Got onion rings and had to wait 31 minutes for burger to be available. Lady manager is in charge and to blame for this chaos.

Ordered curbside and it took them over 10 minutes. I got there early so I gave them Grace but they took an additional 10 minutes out of the allotted time range. When I did finally get my food, it was cold.
