Fazoli's was super good, I got a spicy baked ziti. Not quite as spicy as when I had it before. I added red pepper and it was perfect. I didn't really care for the cheese skewers. The cheese was hard in them. Everyone was nice, but there was a terrible smell outside of the to-go window.

The person on the counter was super generous and kind. He provided us with free breadsticks and dessert because we were traveling here from California. The food was very flavorful, quick, and delicious :) We will definitely visit here again before heading back to California!

Fazoli's is great for when you crave a good Italian dinner, but don't have the time for a full sit-down meal. The breadsticks are great and the sauces are very good. The prices are very competitive and the service is fast. Overall, this is a great family "fast-Italian" restaurant.

We stopped here on our trip because I recognized this restaurant from my childhood!! It was delicious! The food was hot and exactly as expected!! The breadsticks while dining in were a little smushed, but yummy!! Very happy with our food, state of the seating area, and the service!

My boyfriend order the spicy thing can't remember the name right now. He said it was good but to much power. I had chicken Parmesan mine was amazing! Always food the bread sticks.

Great kids' meal options. The kids were very happy with their experience here. Delicious pasta and breadsticks. Very nice to have a reliable, delicious meal while on the road. We need more Fazoli's locations!

i waited 25 mins and still haven’t placed my order yet because they are behind. i pulled inside to place my order because the drive through is slow. things were smoother once i went inside but still not a good “fast food” experience. great food, great location.

Heads up, Italian food should not be fast food. Why? No flavor. Blandest Italian I had. The chicken alfredo..breaded chicken, not much sauce, bland was the flavor pallet. Cardboard would have more zest than the food. The saving grace of this establishment is they have Pibb....my favorite soda.
