Subway

How rude. We went in tonight and there was only 2 people ahead of us in line. 2 sandwiches were ordered and made in 6-8 minutes. The two employees were focused only on talking to each other and having a conversation between adding elements to the sandwiches...making the process take longer. We ordered our 2 sandwiches and the sandwich maker talked the whole time to the other employee about the owner or manager coming in today and how he might write someone up or fire someone. Advice - these two need to go. They cared nothing about customer service and I would not let them work for me.

Completely out of bread and trying to blame the teenagers that work at night. That’s not their fault that they are given no oversight and the manager/owner doesn’t follow up and confirm. This is not the first or second time in a couple weeks that this has happened. Placed an online order just to get there and then have to refund my money.

Honestly ive never been treated worse. Im sure its not a reflection on the store itself however the woman that was so incredibly rude said she could care less what we thought of her attitude because she was quitting anyway. I dont know why she wasnt already gone to be honest with you. Thats a no no in my book.
