Just moved here visit this location for the first time. They forgot one of my burgers. Then I'm standing outside waiting for him to give me the burger they forgot. They also didn't give me any receipt so I can't take a survey. The redhead that brought me my burger they forget then gave me attitude when I said I hope my food is still warm since I had to wait outside the door. 1 our of 5 stars will not return again..........

I enjoy the food. Young people need a little more teaching. They need to understand how to fill an order from the customers point if they were the customer. Have to look at the order and follow through. Wished them a good day and good luck.

This Wendy's is.... a lot. If its after sunset, there's a good chance the store is closed, even if the lights are on. If you do go at a time where they are open, you are eventually greeted by a gruff, 'Sorry, we only have two people inside!' before the worker vanishes. The average time between pulling up to the bulging and getting to the window is 30-45 minutes. When you get to the window, then they finally begin your order.
One order I had specified that the customer had a SEVERE mayo allergy and to make sure there was none on the burger. I stated that at the speaker, twice, and then again when they came to the window. This was while Covid was in full swing, and masks were mandated everywhere. A worker, a young woman who couldn't have been more than 16 leaned out of the window and actually tried to put her head in my car window. I told her again about the allergy issue, and then she said one of the most appalling things I have ever heard in food service. This young child, in front of her manager, said that food allergies "aren't that big of a deal" and they could just wipe the mayo off (despite me saying multiple times, mayo was still added to the burger). She then told me, "My mom has a food allergy and she just gets a little rashy, it really isn't as bad as it seems." Then I, not her manager, had to tell this food service worker that food allergies WERE a big deal and could kill people, and that I had to have a burger with no mayo at all. She scoffed at me and came back with my food, saying they made a new burger. I told the customer about the situation and warned about the possibility of mayo, and the customer confirmed that there was mayo that had been wiped off on her patty. This is an issue that could have killed the customer. It nearly DID. I called the store to let them know that the customer still got mayo on her burger and to reinforce serve safe practices. I was then told that I was speaking to the manager that had watched it happen, and that the girl was 'already talked to by a customer', referring to me. Honestly, this store should be shut down and investigated, the careless workers are sending out food after being informed about a deadly allergy. That is truly unacceptable.

Burgers were good. Spicy chicken was so old and discolored it had to be thrown away. 1 of the 2 orders of chicken nuggets had to be thrown away too for the same reason. I actually complained to Wendy's. And I don't do that.

Just attempted to go through the drive-thru. The lady taking my order had us wait about 3 minutes to order, no big deal. Until we pulled around to pay to find the window workers hitting a vape from the customer that was ahead of us and chatting, making us wait another 5-6 minutes, leading us to just leave. As we left I saw that one of the workers had my drink in their hand the whole time, while they chatted with the other customer and hit their vape through the window. I am honestly just speechless. Very disappointed.

I get that everyone has bad days but don't take it out on other people. Especially your customers. Cashier's have major attitude problems. I've never heard a sigh through a drive thru speaker before trying to order here.

This is a common occurrence with drive thru, so I try to be specific and clear. I ordered a Dave's Double burger with ketchup only. I emphasized that I did not want cheese only ketchup. The person taking my order repeated the no cheese request and I told her it was correct. When I got home and inspected my order, there was cheese. I shouldn't have to inspect my drive thru order every time I go there.

This place ALWAYS ALWAYS gets my orders wrong. Even if I use the App and order ahead. Always seem to wait 20 minutes in drive thru and today was my last straw...20 minutes in drive thru for a baconator and ended up gettingadave ouble...corporate needs to pull this franchise as they can't doo jack correct
