Wendy's

Great food and service - definitely on brand for Wendy’s. We stopped by for a quick dinner last night and dined in rather than taking it home. It looked like the staff may have been in the middle of cleaning things up because a few things were already broken down for the evening. I had the spicy chicken sandwich as did my wife - both were fresh and tasty. The fries were so hot I actually had to let them cool for a bit.

Half of Large Chili. This location is horrible. I enjoy Wendy’s Chili. However, for the past year of visit I have received less than what the serving calls for. Please fill the entire bowl! I always request fresh large fries. I received cold and hard. Fresh chicken while I wait; cold; hard and dry! I end up wasting my time and money!

Check your food!!! I regularly stop by this Wendy's during the work week, and have learned to check the food because it's not uncommon that requests go ignored. Today's mistake was much more concerning, opened up the sandwich prior to leaving and was greeted with a mold spot. The staff provided another bun, of course. But it doesn't seem as though anyone cared to check the other buns to make sure they were safe to consume.

I ordered a number 1 with no cheese and no pickles through the drive thru. Below is what I got instead. I called to let them know that I received that wrong order. The Manager claimed that there’s nothing she can do about it. She denied my request for a refund and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back several times with no answer. She may have blocked me cause the phone didn’t ring at all. Then she called me back stated “ I’m the kind of people that God is going to punish”. I responded “ This call is being recorded” then she quickly hung up. This so called manager is rude and nasty. I will never eat at Wendy’s anymore. She needs to be fired. Obviously she doesn’t appreciate her job.

For fast food, they do a good job. Orders almost always come out right, and they have a kiosk available for ordering (although it runs slow right now). The lady who manages the store is amazing. She has a wonderful attitude and we always have cheerful interactions with her. You can tell her employees appreciate her, too. When you set the tone from the top, it makes a difference.

My family and I just drove there. You guys. The whole crew are by far the nicest people I have ran into. Thank you so much for treating my kid the way you did! Your humbleness is so much appreciated! I hope every last one of y’all prosper in life . Thank you’ll for the love And respect y’all showed my kid when he asked for strawberries!

Never been to Wendy's before, my kids prefer McDonald's for trip food but couldn't find anything closer, this will probably be our first and last, there was no line, service was quick but we didn't like the burnt chicken nuggets and french fries. McDonald's definitely wins for these type of food. Sorry Wendy's, we are not a fan but we give you 3 star because service was quick.

This used to be such a good Wendy's, but not anymore. I have been coming here for at least 20 years. When they're not closed early for no reason, service is awful. They're constantly forgetting something or being rude. Today, the woman taking my order was laughing at me - maybe because of my hair being a mess? I am disabled, it happens. There was no one else around and she was laughing from taking my order to when i saw her. And the woman handing me my food wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, nor did she say anything to me or even really look at me because she was chatting with other employees. She handed me my drink with the lid not popped on, just sitting on top. It spilled all over my new pants, and I didn't have time to change. I won't be coming back.
