Hardee's

Food is what you expect from a typical fast food place. However, the orders take forever to come out and they are usually wrong. Total of 45 mins from driving up to finally getting the right food 2 trips later. Oh, the sweet tea is horrible. Super watered down and warm. Only redeeming factor here is the OK customer service and the fries.

Great food - where’s the service? 1. Drove through the drive through and one of the employees was standing up on this ledge outside the building doing...what? 2. Get to the drive through and the first thing I hear is...”I’m very sorry but my cook just went to the bathroom...can you wait five minutes?” I say sure. 3. Didn’t wait long for food. Burgers were excellent. Fries fresh and salty. Too much ice in soda. With some training and management improvement Hardee’s could be a decent experience. For now, I’ll do the drive thru.

Food is good staff is great and hard working but this place is under staff. Wait time is to long when at prime lunch time. Being in this busy area and for lunch time to only have 2 people upfront. That is one in drive through and the other at the counter. The counter person is taking care of the whole dinning room. They need help. Plus the bathroom looks like a rest stop. It smells and dirty.

I tend to forget about this place because it's been there forever, but the burgers are great! Best fast-food burgers. I get their $6 All-Star meal which includes fries & drink. Good price for what you get. Only 4 stars because the men's restroom could really use a remodel (although it was as clean as they could get it).

Food was good. The service was lousy!!! We ordered 2 meals. Waited 15-20 minutes before going up to ask where it was. Six customers came in after us and they got their food before us. The only thing that the cashier said was they were waiting on the cheeseburger. When she finally brought the food we asked what took so long and she said they lost the order.
