Dunkin'

Sent my husband this morning with quite a simple order, vanilla latte made with coconut milk, a sausage and egg bagel, and hash browns. They gave him some kind of weird drink half filled with foam, and there was cheese all over the bagel, in a way where it couldn’t just be picked off. I can’t eat dairy and had him specify this. Hash browns were scattered all over the bag. Just seems trashy and like they don’t care at all about customer service.

I just wanted to get a box for work I walk in place my order on the kiosk as directed, but as I watched customer after customer get their orders that came in after I had I stood in line and they made my order infront of me. They also didn't have one of the items I ordered and rudely prompted me to pick a different type.... do not order from the kiosk if you choose to go here. I will not be returning to this location. The 2 stars are because the doughnuts were good, but the experience was far from acceptable!

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Despite the remodel they recently have undergone, their quality is still sub-par. I usually LOVE Dunkin', and look forward to any time I can make my way to one. This one, EVERY experience I have had has been terrible. This last time, Coffee was old donuts were soggy and old (almost like they were yesterday's donuts). The last time I had gone to this location, they were sold out of almost every type of donut and it was in the late morning (before noon). Only thing they have going for them is their good customer service....

The past 4/5 times I’ve come to this location the guy gets my latte order wrong. Every time I order the iced specialty latte they get it confused with an iced coffee. Every single time. No idea why Bc I clearly state 2/3 times it’s an iced specialty latte and then they give me an iced coffee. Will not return. Waste of money

Worst drive-thru experience I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. When we pulled up, there were two cars in line (one at the window and one ordering). We sat waiting for our wake-up wraps for over 15 mins. I would not waste my time coming here again - go to the one on Medlock! So much better and quicker!

I stopped there at 9:45pm to get coffee. According to the posted times, they close at 10pm but, at 9:45pm, the outside lights were off. A young man with locs met me as I walked toward the door and told me they were closed. I advised him of the store hours. He said, “What time is it? Well, there’s nothing there. Everything is shut down”. I asked for the manager. He told me that the manager was already gone. I’m a regular DD customer. I will never order here now.

i’ve been to several dunkin locations and this one is by far the worst. horrible customer service, extremely slow, and the staff rarely gets the orders correct. the staff is constantly asking drive-thru customers to wait and has very poor manners (one was dropping f bombs in front of several customers). any other dunkin location is better than this one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. if i could rate 0 stars, I 100% would!
