Bonefish Grill

We had a great time dining here. The food and drinks were really good and it was a great first time experience for my girlfriend. The ambience was really nice and we had the best bartender who made sure our food was on time, correct and even added some jokes and personality to our experience. BUT, the MVP's of our night were the hostesses that greeted us as we walked in. I had a reservation and we arrived on time, but we were told that we had to wait 30 min for the booth that I requested....We were ok with that and I asked one of the girls to take a picture of my girlfriend and I and they were SO friendly and didn't mind doing it for us and they just made us feel really welcomed. We didn't even make it to the bar because one of the hostesses found a booth for us and seated us almost immediately and they really just set the tone for the rest of the night and it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. 5 stars for 5 star customer service!

I'm surprised that I can only give three stars. I hav been going to Bonefish Grill for years and it's one of my favorite restaurants, but my experience there last night left much to be desired. First, we were a party of five with three very large men and the server seared us at a booth - very closely packed into a booth, very little arm room. Secondly, the server brought the tiniest water glasses to our table (think shot glass size, maybe a little bigger)and I had to constantly ask for refills. The Bang Bang shrimp appetizer was fantastic, as usual so that was good, but the dishes piled up on our table and I already felt very confined, so the pile up of dishes really gave me some anxiety. My mahi mahi was very dry, even with the lime tomato sauce, which was disappointing. Usually, every dish I've had there is on point. I will say, however, that everyone else at the table enjoyed their dishes - Imperial Cod (2), Ceasar Salad with grilled salmon and a filet mignon. Three stars because I'm hoping last night was an anomaly and because I have memories of good meals at Bonefish. If it wasn't for that, 🤷‍♀️. Update: gave Bonefish Grill another shot tonight for birthday dinner and it was delightful! Tiara was our server and she was phenomenal! Professional, efficient, kind...everything a server should be. 👏👏👏 The food (Imperial Cod dish and Steak and Lobster tail dish with Bang Bang Shrimp as our appetizers) was delicious. The atmosphere quiet and nicely lit with understated decor. This is the Bonefish Grill I know and love and it's thanks to Tiara!

I must say our dinner was very good it was my wife birthday 🎂 and she had the Sea bass & I had the pork chop she really loved her dish considering my wife is hard to please when it comes to food because she is a trained culinary chef herself and for this place to be a fish restaurant to have pork chops wish is one of my favorite was cooked perfect to be a 12oz cut of meat. Well done Bonefish" we will definitely 👍 be back.
