Extremely disappointed! Horrible customer service! And I suggest you call them first to make sure they are open. Everywhere (website, Google, jimmy johns app) all say they are open until 9. Went in at 703 and they told me they were closed. Extremely rude! I do not recommend this Jimmy Johns.

This is by far one of the best Jimmy Johns I have been in awhile. I ordered last minute catering and I felt so bad but the General Manager didn't hesitate to take my order! It was done within 30min and the bread was freshly baked!! Definitely will stop by more at this location!!

The staff at this Jimmy Johns is beyond helpful. It was my first time at jimmy Johns. The manager which I think his name was Elvis went out of his way to explain every sandwich to me. I decide on the 16 with extra Mayo. I got the box lunch. Elvis told me that if I ordered the box lunch I got a drink for free. Elvis also gave me a side of the kicking ranch to try. I will definitely be getting the kicking ranch everytime. The bread was fresh. I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns

I thought moving closer to the city from central Illinois would make going to jimmy johns possible but I was wrong it’s just all jimmys johns. I’ve been to this jimmy johns three times in the month since I’ve moved here and all three times they get my sandwich wrong. It’s simple. Just a 16 with extra onion. First time there’s no onion, no big deal. Second time there’s not onion and the bread is rock hard. Third time there’s literally just meat and mayo on the bread. I’m done. If I ever come back to a jimmy johns it’ll be to just buy the bread. You guys have the worst customer service and you can’t do a simple task like making a sandwich.

Very poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere. Sandwich lacked freshness and failed to have the correct portion of meat. Manager is rude. Employees need to be retrained in how to properly do their job.
