Starbucks

Wonderful staff. Friendly, very helpful and Accommodating. I ordered a white mocha and bacon egg bites. They are very busy so please be patient. Working in a place like Starbucks can be very stressful, Iknow, because I used to work in kitchens before for fast food corps. Everyone at this Starbucks was so nice and friendly I asked the manager to suggest a drink for me bc. I don’t come here often and drink fancy coffee drinks, and he gave me a few options of things I might like. He told me if I didn’t like it I could get a different drink and when it was ready he warned me the lid wasn’t on all the way and to be careful. Taste and flavor: it’s Starbucks you know what to expect 5/5 Waiting speed: I didn’t want long despite it being a busy period: 5/5 Customer service: I’d give a 10/10 or even a 10/5 if I could. That kindness was genuine and second to none. Cleanliness: 5/5 very clean. The atmosphere is just what you look for and expect from Starbucks: friendly place to relax, or even do work, while enjoying coffee.

My order is wrong more often than it's right and I don't understand how. There's always at least 6 employees in here, usually 4 standing around doing nothing while 1 makes drinks and 1 runs drive thru. Lobby is sometimes open, sometimes closed, no rhyme or reason. On my latest visit the lobby was closed on a Saturday afternoon, only running the single file drive thru, and I still got the wrong drink (ordered matcha latte, got some coffee drink with pumps of vanilla). Knocked on the door to ask for my correct order and 5 people in there had green aprons on. Edit: I am now actively boycotting this location and driving 3 miles out of my way to go to the Starbucks on 25 in Carpentersville instead.

Unfortunately every time I order from the Starbucks they always get my order wrong I’m a very basic person I get a almond milk is it sugar-free vanilla latte. And every time it doesn’t taste like vanilla, or you can’t taste the espresso. No foam nothing. I stopped going here but then on the drive home I’m thinking oh yeah Starbucks. I will never come to the Starbucks again
