Panda Express

Seriously what the heck is this! I ordered 2 Kung Pao but literally I only have chicken on one side and like 5 pieces of chicken. The other side is only vegetales. I called and no one answered me. I understand it’s busy but what is this! Definitely not worth the price and I was so looking forward to this meal all day!!!

I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but this is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Food is never made correctly so everything tastes off. I tried to get a refund and was told that they do not provide those. My options were to get something different or receive store credit good at this location only. I waited 15 minutes for more food to be made only to receive an incorrect order. Very frustrating experience.

Our order pickup experience was pretty bad. I love the food here but the fact that we placed our order ahead of time and it wasn't ready and they were still serving people walking through the door as soon as they walked in was very frustrating. They need an area specifically for picking up orders and team members that can help their guests. We stood there for 10 minutes at the register before we were acknowledged. I feel bad because these aren't issues the staff created, they clearly didn't have enough staff and the management needs to fix the entire order pickup situation.

Should respect your customers more and not throw there food and teriyaki sauce in the bag so when I get home it’s not all over the bag and all over everything maybe next time just place things in the bag not throw it. Trash service. Disrespectful staff. I’d prob think about replacing Maria not a very nice associate
