This place is a gem! We had brunch and were surprised by the variety of options they had. I am intrigued by their coffee selection. You can make your own blend! I'm sure I'll complicate it and blend too many varieties. I hope the come up with some recommended blends so we can try an expert recipe! We had a crab omelet and some waffles. Both were delicious!I'll be back to try their other dishes!

This place is such a treasure in the heart of Old Town Alexandria! I can't wait to come back often. Amazing... just amazing food. AND coffee! The coffee was so good. And the atmosphere was perfectly balanced between elegant and casual enough for a walk-in date. The staff were friendly and helpful! Best of all it's affordable! I can't say enough positive things. Great place to stop by for coffee, pastries, breakfast, brunch, whatever. Very cute.

Great service and great food! The hostess and waiter went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and our meal. The food (chicken fettuccine Alfredo) was delicious and the chef even provided us with a free slice of apple pie. If you want to be spoiled, go to the Java Grill.

Very comfortable atmosphere!! The food was amazing, and the staff was very nice. Very reasonably priced. Rolled gelato is a must! Best cafe in Alexandria!!!

Excellent high quality food! Everything was fresh and wholesome. The turkey sandwich was made of fresh slices of actual (not formed) turkey breast.

Sweet new spot in Old Town Alexandria. Fresh ingredients, loved their Autumn Spinach Salad and the have fresh roasted coffee beans from around the world. Of course their pastries are the star.

Looks like it might be just a dessert place but has lots of good food. We had the spinach artichoke dip with vegetable chips (which are a puffed white thing)- delicious! I had the French onion soup also wonderful! For dessert I had the chocolate temptation. Everything was so good we went back next day for lunch.
